SnoreMate Terms of Use

These terms apply to the SnoreMate app published by Webasist Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.

What SnoreMate is

SnoreMate records sound overnight on your phone, estimates how much you snore and gives you tools such as clips, proof videos, a noise mixer and an alarm. It is a wellness and entertainment tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose sleep apnea or any other condition and must not replace advice from a doctor. Snore detection can be wrong; scores are estimates.

Recording other people

You are responsible for using the app lawfully. Only record in rooms where everyone present knows that the app is recording, and do not share clips or videos of another person without their permission.

Alarm

We work hard to make the alarm reliable, but phones can be switched off, run out of battery or be restricted by the operating system. Do not rely on SnoreMate as your only alarm when missing it could cause harm.

Premium, subscriptions and trials

• Premium is offered as a yearly subscription (with a free trial where shown), a weekly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Android users can also buy "Remove ads".
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. The app reminds you 2 days before the trial ends.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• The lifetime purchase is never charged again.

Your content

Recordings, clips and videos you create stay on your device and belong to you. We do not receive them.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app, and do not use it to record people secretly.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost data or missed alarms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: info@webasist.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country.

SnoreMate Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, Webasist Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("biz") tarafından yayımlanan SnoreMate uygulaması için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul edersin. Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiysen Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir.

SnoreMate nedir

SnoreMate gece boyunca telefonunda ses kaydeder, ne kadar horladığını tahmin eder ve klipler, kanıt videoları, gürültü mikseri ve alarm gibi araçlar sunar. Bir sağlıklı yaşam ve eğlence aracıdır. Tıbbi cihaz değildir, uyku apnesi veya başka bir hastalık için tanı koymaz ve doktor tavsiyesinin yerini tutmaz. Horlama algılaması yanılabilir; skorlar tahmindir.

Başkalarını kaydetmek

Uygulamayı yasalara uygun kullanmak senin sorumluluğundadır. Yalnızca odadaki herkesin kayıttan haberdar olduğu durumlarda kayıt yap ve başka birinin klip veya videosunu izni olmadan paylaşma.

Alarm

Alarmın güvenilir olması için çok çalışıyoruz, ancak telefon kapanabilir, şarjı bitebilir veya işletim sistemi kısıtlayabilir. Kaçırılması zarar doğurabilecek durumlarda tek alarmın SnoreMate olmasın.

Premium, abonelikler ve deneme

• Premium; yıllık abonelik (gösterildiği yerde ücretsiz denemeyle), haftalık abonelik veya tek seferlik ömür boyu satın alma olarak sunulur. Android kullanıcıları ayrıca "Reklamları kaldır"ı satın alabilir.
• Ödeme Apple ID veya Google Play hesabından alınır. Abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir.
• Ücretsiz deneme başlatırsan, bitmeden iptal etmediğin sürece deneme sonunda ücret alınır. Uygulama, deneme bitmeden 2 gün önce seni uyarır.
• Yönetim ve iptal App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarından yapılır. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
• İadeler Apple veya Google'ın kendi politikalarına göre yapılır.
• Ömür boyu satın alma bir daha asla ücretlendirilmez.

İçeriğin

Oluşturduğun kayıtlar, klipler ve videolar cihazında kalır ve sana aittir. Biz bunları almayız.

Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözme, yeniden satma veya kötüye kullanma; insanları gizlice kaydetmek için kullanma.

Sorumluluk

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan, veri kaybından veya kaçırılan alarmlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu şartlar, tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını sınırlamaz.

Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz; yukarıdaki tarih son sürümü gösterir. Sorular için: info@webasist.com. Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir; ülkendeki zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
